Return & Refund Policy

Pre-Order Policy
Because the WB-001 Clog is a made-to-order pre-order item, all sales are final once the pre-order closes. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@walkingbucket.co with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right.

Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

Size Exchanges
We understand sizing can be tricky. If your item does not fit, please contact us at support@walkingbucket.co within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange based on available inventory.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
