3. Pre-Order Terms
The WB-001 Clog is sold as a limited pre-order item. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge and agree to the following:
∙ Your order is made to order and will be produced after the pre-order closes
∙ Estimated ship window is 5–7 weeks after pre-order closes
∙ Pre-order sales are final after 24 hours of purchase
∙ Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or supply chain circumstances beyond our control
∙ You will be notified via email of any significant delays
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Walking Bucket reserves the right to change prices at any time. Pre-sale pricing is only guaranteed for orders placed during the active pre-sale period. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and any payment methods available through Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
6. Shipping
Walking Bucket ships to all 50 US states and select international destinations.
7. Returns and Refunds
All pre-order sales are final after 24 hours of purchase. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement or refund. Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from walkingbucket.co you agree to contact us directly at support@walkingbucket.co before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Walking Bucket reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with full documentation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on walkingbucket.co including but not limited to logos, mascot artwork, product designs, photography, graphics, and text is the exclusive property of Walking Bucket and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without express written permission from Walking Bucket.
10. User Conduct
By using our site you agree not to:
